guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 22 April 2015 was 2089.65p (ex income)
2098.53p (cum income).

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
378,331 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on
22 April 2015 was 2088.42p (ex income) 2097.22p (cum income).
