Trust PLC at the close of business on 1 May 2015 was 1991.30p (ex income)

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
437,331 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 1
May 2015 was 1990.11p (ex income) 1998.91p (cum income).
