guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 1 June 2015 was 2083.58p (ex income)
2093.72p (cum income).

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
414,831 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 1
June 2015 was 2082.52p (ex income) 2092.57p (cum income).
