guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 June 2015 was 2041.44p (ex income)
2051.42p (cum income).

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
414,831 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 8
June 2015 was 2040.96p (ex income) 2050.85p (cum income).
