guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Worldwide Healthcare
Trust PLC at the close of business on 7 April 2015 was 2029.03p (ex income)
2036.95p (cum income).

Diluted for Treasury Shares

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the re-issue of all the
39,037 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market price on 7
April 2015 was 2028.93p (ex income) 2036.84p (cum income).
