NET ASSET VALUE

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 19 March 2007 was 518.91p
(ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
509.64p, the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 518.91p,
Treasury net asset value (warrants exercised) was 509.64p as at the same date.
