NET ASSET VALUE
The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 14 December 2006 was
524.84p (ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
515.25p as at the same date.
