NET ASSET VALUE

 

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 21 March 2007 was 526.49p
(ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
515.94p, the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 526.49p,
Treasury net asset value (warrants exercised) was 515.94p as at the same date.
