NET ASSET VALUE

 

The estimated un-audited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the
guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Worldwide
Pharmaceutical Trust PLC at the close of business on 26 March 2007 was 521.83p
(ex income). The estimated un-audited fully diluted net asset value was
512.01p, the Treasury net asset value (warrants unexercised) was 521.83p,
Treasury net asset value (warrants exercised) was 512.01p as at the same date.
