A Circular relating the renewal of the Company's share buy-back authority will
be posted to Shareholders today. A General Meeting has been convened for 2.00pm
on Tuesday, 2 March 2010 at 25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AL.

Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
