XP Power Limited ("the Company") has been notified that on 4 March 2014, Larry
Tracey, Chairman, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1700.00p each. Following the transaction,
Mr. Tracey has a beneficial interest in 1,131,838 Ordinary Shares, representing
5.88% of the Company's issued share capital.

On the same day, James Peters, Non-Executive Director, sold 20,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 1700.00p each. Following the transaction, Mr. Peters has a
beneficial interest in 2,109,279 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.97% of the
Company's issued share capital.
