XP Power Limited ("XP Power" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding - Amendment
XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces an amendment to James Peters'
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"). Mr Peters has an interest in 2,049,279 Ordinary Shares, representing
10.65% of the Company's issued share capital, and not 2,109,279 Ordinary Shares
(10.97%) as disclosed in the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement published
on 4 March 2014. The difference relates to Ordinary Shares previously held in a
trust, to which Mr Peters' daughter is a beneficiary and to which Mr Peters is
a Trustee, which were historically aggregated with his direct holding. In
accordance with the definition of a `connected person' under the FCA Listing
Rules, Mr Peters' total interest in the Ordinary Shares should have ceased to
include the Ordinary Shares held by his daughter in September 2011.
