Zenergy announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2007 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders and
are now available on the Company's website, www.zenergypower.com

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held at
the Registered Office, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N
2SG on Tuesday 10 June 2008 at 10.00 am (BST).
