Appointment of CEO and CFO

                       Appointment of Group CEO and CFO                        

Zenergy Power plc (AIM:ZEN.L), the specialist manufacturer and developer of
commercial applications for superconductive materials, is pleased to announce
that following the successful flotation of the Group on AIM and the recent
commercial progress that has been made in a number of target markets, it has
appointed Dr. Jens Müller as Chief Executive Officer (`CEO') of the Group.

Dr. Müller was one of the founders of the Group's European operations, Trithor
GmbH, and has extensive high temperature superconductor (`HTS') experience
dating back to 1994. Previously, Dr. Müller was with Deutsche Bank AG and was
responsible for technical due diligence within the corporate finance division.
Dr. Müller initially contributed to scaling Siemens' HTS wire technology
through to pilot plant level. Dr. Müller holds an MS in Physics and a PhD in
Science from the University of Bonn and was awarded a PhD scholarship from
Siemens AG.

Dr. Müller has been an executive director of the Group since its flotation on
AIM in August of this year.

Further to the appointment of a Group CEO, Zenergy is also pleased to announce
the appointment of Karen Chandler as Chief Financial Officer (`CFO') of the
Group. Karen joins Zenergy from KPMG LLP where she was an associate director
specialising in transaction services. Karen brings to the Group a wealth of
financial control and corporate transaction experience and also holds an
Executive MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France, a BSc in
Mathematics and Economics and has been a member of the ICAEW since 1997.
