                          DATE OF BOARD MEETING



Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the 
board of directors of the Company will be held on May 9, 2011 (Monday) at the 
registered address of the Company for the purpose of considering and approving, 
amongst others, the announcement of the first quarterly results for the three 
months ended March 31, 2011.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are:

non-executive directors are: Messrs. Tung Chee Chen, Zhang Junsheng and Zhang
