1Spatial,the Spatial Big Data Company, which manages the world's largest spatial data, has been awarded the single source contract by the Ordnance Survey of Great Britain (OSGB). Under the terms of agreement, 1Spatial's specialist team will supply software and support services to the Ordnance Survey's Geospatial Data Management System (GDMS).

We are proud to be able to support the growing UK technology sector and are pleased to be working with 1Spatial on our core geospatial infrastructure".
This announcement follows 1Spatial's recent contract with Ordnance Survey Ireland (OSi). 1Spatial will give OSi the capability to maintain their entire national spatial database and be confident in the quality of the data. Having accurate spatial data will give Ireland a national framework, which will underpin efficient government and economic development in the country, both now and into the future.
