                              Directorate changes


The Company announces that Ian Smith and Marcus Yeoman have been appointed as
directors of the Company with immediate effect. Ian Smith will be a
non-executive director and Marcus Yeoman will an executive director. They
replace Jack Bekhor and Jamie True, who will be stepping down as joint chief
executive officers of the Company with immediate effect.


Jon Claydon (Non-executive Chairman) and Duncan Neale (Finance Director) remain
on the board of the Company.


Jamie True and Jack Bekhor commented:

Andrew Ian Smith, aged 43
Mr Smith is currently a director of Xploite plc (AIM: XPT) and various other
private companies, as set out below. Mr Smith is beneficially interested in
2,388,428 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 10.06
per cent of the issued share capital and the voting rights of the Company.

Mr Smith was a director of Decorum Networks Limited which was dissolved on 30
August 2007 with a deficiency to creditors of £619,305. Mr Smith has confirmed
that there are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to Schedule 2(g) of
the AIM Rules for Companies.

Marcus Yeoman, aged 44
Mr Yeoman is currently a director of Bright Futures Group plc (AIM: BRF),
Secora plc (AIM: SECO), Northern Bear plc (AIM: NTBR) and Diamond Lifestyle
Holdings plc (AIM: DMD) and certain other companies, as set out below. Mr
Yeoman is beneficially interested in 1,182,640 ordinary shares in the capital
of the Company, equivalent to 4.98 per cent of the issued share capital and the
voting rights of the Company.
