Directorate Change

The Company announces that Duncan Neale is stepping down as Finance Director and leaving the board of Avisen (the "Board") with immediate effect. Mr Neale is leaving in order to pursue other interests having helped the Company to conclude a successful reverse takeover and re-admission to trading on AIM in February 2009 and complete subsequent acquisitions as a quoted company. The Board would like to thank Mr Neale for his valuable contribution to the Company.

The Board intends to appoint a suitable replacement for Mr Neale in the near future and an announcement relating to any appointment will be made in due course. In the interim period, Louis Peacock, Executive Director, will be taking over as Interim Finance Director. Mr Peacock qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in South Africa before moving to the UK in 1996. Mr Peacock was managing director of Solution Minds (UK) Limited at the time of its acquisition by Avisen in January 2008.
