                        Appointment of Executive Director


Z GROUP (AIM: ZGP), the marketing-led technology services company, is pleased to
announce the appointment with effect from 6 July 2006 of Jonathan ('Jonty')
Richard Marston Slater, aged 30, as an executive director. Jonty has acted as
Chief Technical Officer for Z GROUP plc and its subsidiaries for the past three
years. During this time, he has been instrumental in the creation of each of the
Company's products including Net2Roam, ONSPEED, ONSPEED Mobile and OnShare.
Jonty remains responsible for all technological development and maintenance as
well as managing customer services for the Company. He is also currently a
director of Eco-Logic EU Limited.
