Z GROUP enters revenue share partnership with YAHOO! for their ONSPEED 
acceleration software

London, UK - February 2nd 2007 - Z GROUP PLC, the AIM listed developer and 
provider of leading consumer Internet technologies, announces that it has signed 
a revenue share partnership with leading search engine YAHOO! through the launch 
of a new customised ONSPEED toolbar.

The toolbar, which is available free of charge to all new and existing
customers, offers ONSPEED customers a powerful and fast way to search the web as
well as quick access to ONSPEED's most popular features.

Based on test results, each user of the new ONSPEED toolbar yields approximately 
£13 net revenue per year.

Commenting on the announcement, Jamie True, Joint CEO of Z GROUP PLC, said:
