3i Group Share Capital Consolidation and application for admission of New B
Shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange
3i Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, further to its announcement dated
13 July 2007 (ref: RNS2529A), the Company's 393,465,629 Consolidated Ordinary
Shares and 636,473,739 New B Shares were admitted to the Official List and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at
8.00am on 16 July 2007.
Immediately following the consolidation of the ordinary shares and the admission
of New B Shares, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital comprised
393,465,629 ordinary shares of 73 19/22 pence each and 645,103,719 B shares.
