On 12 May 2008, 3i Group plc (the 'Company') was notified of a correction to the holding of ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ('Ordinary Shares') held by Mme C J M Morin-Postel (a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities).

As a result, on that date Mme C J M Morin-Postel's existing holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company was revised from 6,908 Ordinary Shares to 6,985 Ordinary Shares.
