Pursuant to the rules of The 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan and The 3i Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan, on 23 June 2008 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') of 3i Group plc (the 'Company'), were granted awards over ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ('Shares') in the Company by the Trustee of the 3i Group Employee Trust and/or the Company as detailed against their name below:
