Pursuant to the rules of The Group Discretionary Share Plan, on 17 June 2010 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of 3i Group plc (the "Company") were each granted the right (the "Option") to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ("Shares") of the Company detailed against their name below subject to a performance condition. The Option is exercisable from and including 17 June 2013 at a price of 295p per Share and shall lapse on 16 June 2020.  The consideration for each of the grants was nil.
