On 22 November 2012, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 20 November 2012 Cressida Hogg, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, sold 211,375 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") acquired under the Company's Executive Share Investment Plan at a price of 209.3324p per Share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
