On 29 July 2015 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 29 July 2015 Jonathan Asquith, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities), acquired 261 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares").  These Shares were acquired under a dividend reinvestment plan following payment of the Company's final dividend at a deemed value of 569p per share.

The place of this transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
