On 7 December 2018, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 6 December 2018 Julia Wilson, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 12,193 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of 766.64p per Share and 20,152 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of 763.63p per Share.
