3i Group plc (the 'Company'): i) exercised options under the 3i Group
Discretionary Share Plan to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 62 69/88p
each in the Company ('Shares') detailed below at the price per Share detailed
below and ii) sold the number of Shares detailed below at the price per Share
