3i Group plc announces today that its Group Finance Director, Julia Wilson, will be on maternity leave with immediate effect. Pending her return, her major responsibilities will be managed by Ian Nolan, currently a member of the Group's Management Committee and Chief Investment Officer, and by Stephen Halliwell, the Chief Financial Officer of 3i's Infrastructure business .
