3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2007 AGM


3i Group plc (the 'Company') announces that all the resolutions contained in the
Notice of AGM dated 9 May 2007 were passed at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held today, 11 July 2007.  These included resolutions 10 to 15,
inclusive, which constituted special business.


Two copies of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business
