Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.3 R

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 R, the Company has submitted two copies of the following documents:

• Half-yearly report for the six months to 30 September 2008; and

• Letter to shareholders who have not expressed a preference for either hard copy or electronic shareholder communications,
