3i Group plc: Timetable for interim results in respect of the six months ended
30 September 2004
The Meeting of the Committee of the Board of 3i Group plc at which the interim
results for the six months to 30 September 2004 and the interim dividend are due
to be approved has been convened for the afternoon of Wednesday 3 November 2004.
The preliminary announcement of the results will be released by notification
to the London Stock Exchange before 8.00am on THURSDAY 4 November 2004.
The expected financial calendar is as follows:
Post interim report to shareholders Monday, 15 November 2004
Interim dividend record date Friday, 3 December 2004
Interim dividend payment date Wednesday, 5 January 2004
