Timetable for half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2009 

The meeting of the Committee of the Board of 3i Group plc at which the half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2009 and the interim dividend are due to be approved has been convened for the afternoon of Wednesday 11 November 2009. The announcement of the half-year results will be released by notification to the London Stock Exchange before 8.00am on Thursday 12 November 2009. The expected financial calendar is then as follows: 

Half-year report posted to shareholders: November 2009

Interim dividend record date: 11 December 2009

Interim dividend payment date: 13 January 2010
