3i Infrastructure Limited - Publication of Prospectus

The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Prospectus relating to the Placing and Open Offer (and Additional Placing) of New Ordinary Shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange at an Offer Price of 106 Pence per New Ordinary Share (the 'Prospectus').

Copies of the Prospectus have been submitted to the FSA, and will shortly be available for inspection, together with the associated Chairman's letter to Shareholders and Application Form, at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility, situated at:
