On 14 November 2008, 3i Infrastructure plc (the 'Company') was notified that on 14 November 2008 Mr P Austin, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 100p per share.  

The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
