On 15 December 2009, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that on 15 December 2009 Sir John Collins, a non-executive Director of the Company, and his wife Lady Collins purchased jointly 19,215 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 103.3p per Share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
