On 1 September 2010, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that Mrs Jennifer Waller, the wife (and Connected Person) of Mr Paul Waller, a non-executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, purchased 13,215 ordinary shares in the Company from 3i Group plc at a price of 113.5p on 1 September 2010.  The transaction took place in London.
