Disclosure requirement re: UKLA Listing Rule 15.4.11R (2) - Investments as at 30
June 2007



Listing Rule 15.4.11R (2) requires 3i Infrastructure Limited, as an investment
company, to publish a list of its ten largest investments as at each quarter
end.  As at 30 June 2007, 3i Infrastructure Limited's investment portfolio
comprised four investments, which were all unquoted. These are listed below:
