Listing rule 15.6.8R (2) - Investments as at 31 December 2007



Listing Rule 15.6.8R (2) requires 3i Infrastructure Limited, as an investment
company, to publish a list of at least its ten largest investments as at each
quarter end.  As at 31 December 2007, 3i Infrastructure Limited's investment
portfolio comprised seven investments, which were all unquoted. These are listed
