4imprint Group plc ('4imprint')
Acquisition of Adventures in Advertising Franchise Inc ('AIA')
Following the announcement on Tuesday 2 January 2001, 4imprint Group is
pleased to announce that at an extraordinary general meeting of AIA held on
Friday, 19 January 2001, AIA shareholders approved the acquisition of AIA by
4imprint for a total consideration of US $12.75 million in cash, for US $1
million net assets.
4imprint is pleased to advise that following the shareholder approval referred
to above, closing was effected on Monday 22 January 2001.
