4imprint Group Plc (formerly Bemrose Corporation), the focused global
distributor of imprinted promotional products, is pleased to announce that it
has simplified the process for US investors to buy 4imprint shares by
arrangement of an ADR programme, through sponsors The Bank of New York.
The ADR's will be available from 8th December 2000, and one ADR will comprise
two Ordinary 4imprint shares.
At the Interim results, announced on 17th September, turnover from US
operations amounted to £17.3m representing 40% of group turnover of the
continuing businesses.
Chief Executive Dick Nelson commented:
'The US is an important market for our business, and continues to grow at a
fair pace particularly when you consider the implications of our Lands End
Inc. collaboration. The ADR facility makes it easier for US investors to
purchase our stock.'
