BOARD CHANGE
RICHARD HARRISON, FINANCE DIRECTOR, TO RETIRE
4imprint Group plc announced today that by mutual agreement Richard Harrison
is to stand down as Group Finance Director and Board Member on the appointment
of a replacement, whose recruitment will commence immediately.
Mr. Harrison has been with the company for 16 years and a member of the Board
for 9 years.
Commenting on the decision, 4imprint's Chief Executive, Mr. Dick Nelson, said
that Richard has been a key member of the team and has contributed greatly to
the development of the business into the world's 4th largest promotional
product company. 'Having overseen the closing of the Beverley office and the
moving of HQ to Manchester coupled with a slight health setback, Richard has
taken the decision not to relocate to Manchester. We wish him only the very
best and are glad that he will continue working with us on a consultancy
basis,'
Mr. Harrison's resignation will be effective when a new Finance Director is
appointed.
