AGM STATEMENT
At today's Annual General Meeting, Chairman Rodger Booth
said 'Good progress is being made with the transformation
of the company as described in our Preliminary Results
Announcement on March 3rd. Discussions are ongoing with
several parties regarding the disposal of the printing
businesses.
Results from the businesses which are being sold will be
behind prior year.
We have increased marketing expenditure in our US
Internet business, 4imprint.com and sales are growing
strongly. Sales are also strong in our UK businesses,
where we are progressively making operational
improvements through integration of the companies
acquired.'
