Publication of Circular and notice of general meeting to approve the sale of Brand Addition
Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2012, 4imprint Group plc ("4imprint") announces that a Shareholder circular (the "Circular") relating to the proposed sale of Brand Addition Limited (together with its subsidiaries) and Kreyer Promotion Service GmbH ("Brand Addition") (the "Sale") was posted to Shareholders yesterday.
The General Meeting to seek Shareholder approval for the Sale will be held at the offices of Peel Hunt, Moor House, 120 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5ET on 14 March 2012 at 10.30 a.m.
The Circular will shortly be available on 4imprint's website at investors.4imprint.com. Copies of the Circular are, and will remain, available for inspection at the registered office of 4imprint at 7/8 Market Place, London, W1W 8AG during normal business hours on any business day with effect from today and up to and including the conclusion of the Meeting.
Copies of the Circular will shortly also be available for inspection on the UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
