Board appointment
4imprint Group plc, the leading global distributor of imprinted promotional
products, today announces the appointment of Nicholas Temple to the Board as the
Senior Non-Executive Director.
Nick spent 30 years with IBM, starting as a systems engineer in 1965 and
retiring in 1996 as Chairman, IBM UK Limited and Vice President, IBM Industries,
responsible for market strategy and development for Europe, the Middle East and
Africa. Most recently, he was Chief Executive at Armature Limited, which
provides computerised supply chain management solutions to the retail sector.
He currently serves as Chairman of Blick plc and non-executive Director of
Electrocomponents plc, DataCash plc and Datatec Pty (SA).
Commenting on the appointment, Dick Nelson, Chief Executive of 4imprint Group
plc, said: 'Nick brings a wealth of strategic development and marketing
expertise to us at an opportune time. We have extensively reshaped the Company
in the last few years, positioning it for future growth and we are very pleased
to have Nick join us at this key stage in our development.
'The Board would again like to thank David Dunn who, after seven years of
service as the Non-Executive Director of the Company, retired earlier this year
by rotation. David was a highly valued member of the Board and we wish him the
very best in his future endeavours.'
