Board Appointments
The Board announced on 10 October that Edward Bramson, Matthew Peacock and Ian
Brindle had been invited to become non-executive directors of the Company. These
appointments have now been confirmed.
Pursuant to paragraph 16.4(a) of the UKLA Listing Rules, the following
directorships in the last five years require disclosure:
Edward John Michael Bramson: Ampex Corporation (US)
Matthew Roy Peacock: None
Ian Brindle: None
