Completion of sale of operations in South Africa

The Board of 600 Group Plc (AIM:SIXH), the diversified engineering Company, today confirms the sale of the entire share capital of 600 SA (Proprietary) Limited ("600SA").  The Conditional Contract previously announced on 3 July 2012 has now received the approval of the Competitions Board of South Africa, and will complete on 17 July 2012.
