Further to the announcement that Martyn Wakeman will be joining the board as
Finance Director on 2 October 2006, the company has the following disclosure in
relation to paragraph 9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules:


Mr Wakeman was a director of Toan 100 Limited when it was placed in members
voluntary liquidation in December 2002. There were no assets or outstanding
liabilities in this Company when it was placed into liquidation.


There are no further disclosure requirements with respect to Mr Wakeman in
relation to paragraph 9.6.13R of the UKLA Listing Rules.
