The 600 Group PLC ("the Group", "the Company"), the diversified engineering group servicing international markets, was today informed that Derek Zissman, a non-executive director, today acquired 50,000 shares at 34.25p for his pension fund.

Mr. Zissman is now interested in 50,000 ordinary shares which represents approximately 0.08% of the total voting rights.
