Grant of Options

The 600 Group PLC ("the Group" or "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, announces that on 19 November 2012 Mr. Nigel Rogers was awarded options over 2,750,000 ordinary shares and Mr. N R Carrick options over 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Options"), pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2011 Deferred Share Plan. Subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme, the Options will vest after 3 years. The Options have an exercise price of 10p per share.

Awards over 1,144,737 ordinary shares in the Company previously granted to Mr. N R Carrick under the Company's 2008 Performance Share Plan have been cancelled.
